Ingredients:
- 60 ml Black Tea infused
- 20 ml Violet Syrup ODK
- 10 ml White Sugar Syrup ODK
- Top with milk foam
Preparation:
Infuse 5 g of black tea in 250 ml of water (92°C) for 3 minutes. Once cold pour ingredients and ice into a boston and mix with throwing technique. Strain into a collins filled with fresh ice. Dry shake milk and gently pour over the mixture. Garnish with edible flower and serve.
